A must read book

Live original by Sadie Robertson, this book is great for people trying to find their identity or wanting to be christ-like even when the world around them doesn’t seem to be

Here are some of the lessons I have learnt from the book:

• The only thing that can really make us happy is a relationship with God.
• Don’t let circumstances determine your happiness.
• Our happiness is based on loving God, knowing God loves us and loving others.

• If you don’t have a dream, you don’t know where you want to go to what you want to do.
• Without a dream, you miss out on the adventure of trusting God and giving your faith a chance to work.
• Whatever you dream make sure it lines up with the kind of life God wants you to live.

• If people try to become confident by trying to make themselves look better or feel better, they will never get there.
• The way to become confident is through a relationship with God.
• The best way to live is to put God first, others second and ourselves last.

• The people we depend time with have a major impact on us, they can make us better, more positive, more godly prime or they can make us worse, more negative people and pull us away from our relationship with God.
• Any relationship that pulls us away from God, His word or His okay for our lives have to be put aside.

• Self respect is knowing Christ lives in you and that you belong to Him.

• Trying to overcome worry all by yourself can be pretty hard, the best way to overcome it is to ask God to help us.
• You don’t have to do anything on your own, you don’t have to handle it ask. Jesus wants to take your burdens from you.

• In a world that dares you to be different, be yourself .

• When you have God in your life, you are never rejected;you are always accepted and always loved.
