Purity

God created sex. And God is the One that allowed us to have the ability to be attracted to someone, therefore, doesn’t it make perfect sense that God should be the One to understand what context they can be used properly?
Genesis 2:24 AMP
For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall be joined to his wife; and they shall
become one flesh.
Sex is a sacred gift designed for the marriage bed, between a man and a woman, for the glory of God.
Any form of sexual act done outside of His original design is a perversion.
Sex is deep, deeper than you think and deeper than the media portrays, a blog post wouldn’t be enough to cover everything, so I’m going to leave it at that.

God loves you, but God hates sin and he also hates to see you suffer the consequences of sin because He has already paid the price for you.
If you figure out a way to stop watching porn or having sex or any other thing but you don’t have Jesus in your heart, It wouldn’t make any difference because you don’t know Him and he doesn’t know you.
Just like how a random person on the road won’t be as excited as your parents if you get the first position in your class because they don’t know you and they don’t have a relationship with you (score one for the stellar analogy).
Jesus loves you and wants a relationship with you. The primary purpose is not to make you porn free but for you to know Him, to have a life partnership, to make you holy and give you eternal life. Purity is part of the package but it is not the whole package.
2 Chronicles 7:14 NLT
If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and forgive their sins and restore their land.

God is not elusive, He is not like that celebrity that you can’t access. He is everywhere, you can call on Him anywhere, anytime and He would answer you. But if you don’t have a heart to seek Him, then you might never find Him.
Jeremiah 29:13 ESV
You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.
Lastly, what should we do when we are sexually tempted?
CARRY YOUR TWO LEGGEDEZ BENZ AND RUN!!!
Again, it’s not about how much temptation you can withstand before you break… FLEE! From the very
barest appearance of evil.
This topic is one that can’t be fully covered even with this many blog posts, but I pray the little I have covered will convict you and turn your heart towards Christ.
Remember, turn to Him and believe that He can, then trust the process.
